Individuals will gain online access to ASCE Journals through a registered username and password.
Online access is granted to indivdiduals under the terms of the Individual User License. Prepayment of subscription(s) and online agreement to the terms of the license is required for username/password authorization.
You will be required to agree to the terms of the user license during the online check out process. If you wish to mail/fax your order, ASCE will send a follow-up email upon receipt of payment asking you to agree electronically to the terms of the license. Upon agreement to these terms, instructions for creating your username/password will be e-mailed within 24 hours.

- Prepayment is Required. You must have a prepaid 'Print+Online' or 'Online Only' subscription to be granted access to ASCE Online Journals. For ordering information, please see ASCE Journal Subscriptions.
- Individual User License. We recommend printing a copy of the Individual User License for your records; however, agreement to the terms must be completed online. Please DO NOT mail a copy of this agreement to ASCE. For online orders, you will have an opportunity to agree to the terms of the license during the checkout process. As mentioned above, mail/fax orders will be sent a follow-up e-mail for electronic agreement to the terms.
