ABSTRACT ONLY:
The design of cable-stayed bridge and approach viaducts in Malaysia took advantage of repetitive forms to lower the cost as well as the risk of errors. But it is the thoughtful determination of the flow of forces and the reflection of those forces in the architectural form that propel the crossing concept from basic to extraordinary.
